Lucas Aebersold (1989) joined Troller Hitz Troller in January 2021. He attended the University of Berne and Buenos Aires and was admitted to the bar in 2018 and was licensed as notary of the canton of Berne in 2020.

His main professional field of activity is intellectual property law (trademark law, design law, copyright law) as well as unfair competition law, advertising law and domain-name law. He also deals with law of company and trade name law as well as contract law and licensing matters. He represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

Lucas Aebersold deals with the worldwide filing of trademarks and designs.

He is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES) as well as the Bernese and Swiss Bar Associations.

Lucas Aebersold speaks German, English and Spanish.
