Andreas Linder (1991) joined Troller Hitz Troller as an attorney-at-law in November 2023. He attended the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 2020.

His main professional field of activity is intellectual property law (trademark law, patent law, design law, copyright law, worldwide filings and administration of trademarks and designs included) as well as competition, civil procedure and contractual law. He also deals with personality, Social Media and IT-law. He represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

Andreas Linder is a case editor for the Swiss journal for Intellectual Property, Information and Competition Law (sic!).

He is a member of the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES).
